Pavilion Rental

Any GHPOA member in good standing can reserve the pavilion for $50 per day.

 

The Pavilion is provided in as-is condition.  It is highly recommended that you inspect it within enough time prior to your event to ensure it is fit for your needs.

Please complete the steps below to request a reservation.

Step #1: Request a Reservation

Submit the form below to request a reservation. 

 

The GHPOA board will check that you are a current Glen Haven resident, you have no outstanding dues to be paid, and the pavilion is available on the date requested. If your request is approved, you will be emailed instructions for paying the rental fee and picking up the key.

Your request has been submitted, and we will respond to you with an email.

Step #2: Print and Sign the "Hold Harmless" Agreement

Print a copy and bring it with you to complete and sign when the key is picked up.

Step #3: Pay the Reservation Fee

The reservation fee should be paid by check written out to "Glen Haven Property Owners Association."

 

The payment is required when the pavilion key is picked up.
