Welcome to Glen Haven!
Glen Haven is a private community in Harpers Ferry, WV, started in 1960 by Bob Mason and currently consisting of approximately 74 homes. Most residents make their homes here full-time, while other residents use their homes as summer and weekend getaways.

The roads, boat ramp, pavilion and common areas are owned and maintained by the Glen Haven Property Owner's Association (GHPOA) Inc.​ GHPOA is governed by volunteer board members who administrate the collection of dues and upkeep of the roads and areas owned by the GHPOA.

Community Standards
As you enjoy our lovely neighborhood, please observe the following community standards:​​​​

Observe the 15-mph speed limit on our roads.

Keep dogs leashed whenever walking them around the community to prevent dog attacks.

Pet owners should immediately clean up their animals' droppings from community property and residents' private property.

The Community Dock and Pavilion are for members only. All visitors must be accompanied by homeowners.

Fishing or swimming is not allowed at the Community Dock area.

All river lots are private property and cannot be used without homeowner’s permission.

Quiet hours are 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.

All fire pit usage is controlled by the local fire department. Please avoid daytime burning that contributes to local air pollution.

Pick up after yourself and your guests down at the river and in the common areas.
